Living in the collision of distinct cultural identities, I recognized the power of art and design to engender universal communication at a young age.
At the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, I boarded on a journey full of potentials. The exploration took me from studying the cultural value of form and materiality to the making of objects and products. With a belief in design as a multidisciplinary endeavor and through engaging with various user groups, I came to the discovery of spatial design as a language of expression. Designing experiences inside a space became an opportunity for me to create a bridge between myself to its users and a larger world.
